Shipping policy

All CuratedByMattson items are made to order by our print-on-demand production partners, so each piece is printed after you place your order.

 

Processing time

Orders are typically printed and shipped within 2–5 business days. During holidays and peak seasons, processing may take a little longer.

 

Shipping destinations

We ship within the United States and to most countries internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order.

 

Estimated delivery times (after processing)

United States: 3–8 business days

International: 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs

 

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays can happen outside our control.

 

Multiple packages

If you order several items, they may be printed at different facilities and arrive in separate packages.

 

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

 

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer's cost.
