Refund policy

Every CuratedByMattson item is printed on demand just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, wrong size ordered, or color preference. Please check the size chart before ordering.

 

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. Just contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. You won't need to send the item back.

 

Lost packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or your package never arrives, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it or send a replacement. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout may be reshipped at the customer's cost.

 

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production and can't be changed.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process it.
